  1. The Team and Their Approach: Introduce the team and how digital ways of working are embedded in what they do, including why particular tools or processes are core to their approach.

  2. Technology and Tools Used: Detail the specific digital technologies the team works with, such as BIM, digital twins, common data environments, AI or automation, and how these are applied day to day.

  3. Innovation: Highlight what is genuinely new or advanced about the team's digital capability, compared with conventional approaches in the industry.

  4. Data and Decision-Making: Show how the team's use of digital tools improves the quality or speed of decisions, supported by data where possible.

  5. Measurable Results: Demonstrate the tangible outcomes the team has delivered as a result of their digital capability, whether in time, cost, quality or accuracy.
