  1. Digital Transformation Approach: Describe the project's starting point and the specific digital transformation undertaken, including why particular tools or processes were chosen for this project. 

  2. Technology and Tools Used: Detail the specific digital technologies applied, such as BIM, digital twins, common data environments, AI or automation, and how they were implemented within the project. 

  3. Innovation: Highlight what is genuinely new or advanced about how digital methods were applied on this project, compared with conventional approaches. 

  4. Data and Decision-Making: Show how digital tools improved the quality or speed of decisions made during the project, supported by data where possible. 

  5. Measurable Results: Demonstrate the tangible outcomes achieved on this specific project as a result of the digital approach, whether in time, cost, quality or accuracy.
