Please consider the below points when submitting your entry.

1. Occupant-Centred Design: Demonstrate how the needs, comfort and wellbeing of building users shaped design decisions from the outset. 

2. Building Services in Practice: Show how building services, such as heating, ventilation, lighting or acoustics, have been applied to improve the day-to-day experience of occupants. 

3. Occupant Engagement: Where relevant, evidence how occupants were consulted or engaged during design, delivery or operation, and how their input shaped the outcome. 

4. Performance in Use: Demonstrate the building's success once occupied, ideally supported by monitoring data, post-occupancy evaluation or ongoing assessment. 

5. Feedback and Adaptation: Show how occupant feedback has been gathered and, where appropriate, acted on to improve the building over time. 

6. Wider Benefit: Highlight the broader value created for occupants, whether in health, wellbeing, productivity or satisfaction.
