  4. Evidence of Impact: Provide evidence of the project's impact on occupants, such as feedback, surveys, productivity data, or health and wellbeing outcomes.

  5. Legacy: The project must have the potential to leave a lasting impact, with a focus on long-term occupant satisfaction and adaptability to changing user needs.
