Please consider the below points when submitting your entry.

  1. Health and Wellbeing: Must demonstrate a positive impact on occupant health and wellbeing, with a focus on air quality, natural light, acoustics, and thermal comfort.

  2. User-Centred Design: Demonstrate how occupant needs shaped the design and delivery process, with a focus on accessibility, inclusivity, and ease of use for all building users.

  3. Innovation: Demonstrate innovation, whether in design, technology, or building systems used to enhance the occupant experience.

  4. Evidence of Impact: Provide evidence of the project's impact on occupants, such as feedback, surveys, productivity data, or health and wellbeing outcomes.

  5. Legacy: The project must have the potential to leave a lasting impact, with a focus on long-term occupant satisfaction and adaptability to changing user needs.
