RETROFIT PROJECT OF THE YEAR

1. Energy and Sustainability Improvement: Must demonstrate a clear, measurable improvement in energy efficiency, sustainability, and/or carbon reduction as a result of the retrofit.

2. Use of Technology: Demonstrate good use of technology or innovative methods in delivering the retrofit, whether in design, materials, systems, or installation.

3. Occupant and Building Use: Demonstrate how the retrofit considered the building's use and the requirements of its occupants, with a focus on comfort, functionality, and minimal disruption during works.

4. Collaboration: Where appropriate, demonstrate effective collaboration between clients, contractors, designers, and other stakeholders in delivering the project.

5. Cost-Effectiveness and Legacy: Demonstrate the project's cost-effectiveness and its potential to leave a lasting impact, with a focus on long-term performance and value.
