4. Best Practice: Highlight the standards, methods or approaches used to ensure a high-quality retrofit outcome. 

5. Technology: Show how technology was used effectively to support the retrofit, whether in design, delivery or ongoing building performance. 

6. Collaboration: Where appropriate, demonstrate how the project team, contractors and specialists worked together to deliver the retrofit successfully.
